Clearspace transformed Martin Brower’s 18,652 sq. ft. office into a welcoming, flexible space designed to attract employees back to the office. Combining corporate functionality with hospitality-inspired elements, the space includes a spacious café with city views, a social hub with a ping-pong table, and modular workstations for future growth. Custom branding throughout reinforces the company’s identity, while flexible work areas offer choices for focused or collaborative work. This design successfully fosters community, productivity, and adaptability.
