REQUIREMENTS
BRAND FIRST
Peninsula’s identity isn’t just a logo—it’s a mindset. The new office needed to reflect their values from the moment someone walks through the door to every corner of the workspace.
EFFORTLESS COLLABORATION
With Peninsula’s strong office-first culture, the design had to encourage teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and organic conversations—without sacrificing focus or efficiency.
A WORKPLACE PEOPLE LOVE
A good office isn’t just desks and meeting rooms. It’s the energy, the comfort, and the details that make people want to show up every day. We needed to create an inspiring space, built for productivity.
We designed a workspace that reflects Peninsula’s commitment to collaboration and high performance. With an office-first approach, it encourages interaction, mentorship, and teamwork while bringing their brand to life through thoughtful design.
SOLUTION
We created a modern and functional office that reflects Peninsula’s commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and workplace culture. Every design choice reinforces their brand, blending thoughtful details with a dynamic layout that supports both teamwork and focused work.
BRAND FIRST
SIGNATURE RECEPTION AREA
The reception area is an immediate visual representation of Peninsula’s brand.
Featuring a sleek, illuminated Peninsula logo on a textured backdrop, the space makes a bold and professional statement.
Inspired by Peninsula’s commitment to collaboration and high performance, we incorporated natural wood paneling and a neutral color palette to create a welcoming yet polished atmosphere.
The overall aesthetic reinforces Peninsula’s identity, setting the tone for a workspace that is both modern and people-focused.
SQUEEZE THE LEMON
BRAND FIRST
The “Squeeze the Lemon” mural is a visual representation of Peninsula’s energetic and driven mindset. The vibrant yellow and deep blue color palette aligns with the company’s branding, reinforcing a culture that values creativity, resilience, and innovation.
Positioned in a high-traffic area, this artwork serves as an inspirational focal point, encouraging employees to embrace challenges, maximize their potential, and approach every task with enthusiasm.
By integrating meaningful branding into the workspace, the office becomes an extension of Peninsula’s mission and values.
EFFORTLESS COLLABORATION
WHERE BIG IDEAS TAKE PLACE
The boardroom is designed for high-impact meetings, strategic discussions, and decision-making.
Featuring a custom-built, oversized boardroom table, the space encourages both leadership discussions and team collaboration.
High-back leather chairs provide comfort and support, while a deep navy accent ceiling and modern lighting create a focused yet refined atmosphere.
EFFORTLESS COLLABORATION
BEYOND THE MEETING ROOM
Some of the best ideas happen outside of formal spaces. Peninsula’s office embraces organic collaboration with inviting common areas that encourage spontaneous conversations and teamwork.
The coffee area and lounge serve as a casual meeting point, where employees can connect, share insights, or take a productive break. Comfortable seating, natural greenery, and warm lighting create a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy for ideas to flow.
By designing spaces that support both structured meetings and informal interactions, Peninsula fosters a culture where collaboration happens naturally—anytime, anywhere.
A WORKPLACE PEOPLE LOVE
A PLACE TO CONNECT
The lounge and café area serves as a social hub where employees can relax, recharge, and engage with colleagues in a welcoming environment.
Plush seating, soft lighting, and a calming color palette create a space that feels inviting, while natural greenery and warm wood finishes add a refreshing touch.
With a layout that encourages casual conversations and informal meetings, the design fosters a sense of community—making Peninsula’s office a place where people truly enjoy showing up every day.
DESIGN THAT WORKS FOR PEOPLE
More than just a beautiful space, Peninsula’s office was designed with its people in mind—supporting the way they work, collaborate, and connect. Every detail was intentionally chosen to create an environment that feels energizing, comfortable, and functional.
From versatile communal areas to quiet spaces for focus, the design supports different work styles while fostering a strong sense of teamwork. Whether it’s a quick brainstorming session in a breakout space, a casual chat over coffee, or a deep-focus work session, the office adapts to what employees need.
By blending thoughtful design with real workplace needs, Peninsula’s office isn’t just where people work—it’s where they thrive.
— Raj Singh, CEO, Peninsula
“What stood out about Clearspace from the beginning was their ability to take our vision and shape it into something even better. They didn’t just ask what we wanted—they presented ideas, explored options, and helped us make the best decisions.
The first day we opened the doors, we saw jaw drops—people looking around, saying, ‘This is not what we expected. This is incredible.’
At Peninsula, we’re performance-driven, and we push hard to meet our goals.
Clearspace absorbed that mindset, delivered on time, and exceeded expectations. They don’t just design offices—they create experiences where people love to work. And that, to me, is an incredible achievement.”
